This practice is based on ensuring that the company's investment on IT are aligned with its business strategy. We divide our services into four different topics: Technological Planning, Evaluation and selection of IT, Business Intelligence and Data Mining, and IT implementation using integration services.

IT Evaluation and Selection

We understand how complex, exhausting, and sometimes frustrating it can be for a business to identify, evaluate, and implement its own Information Technology. That's why Process-IT works with the company supporting them all the way from the identification of specific business requirements to build up the RFI and RFP, through the development and implementation of Weighted Matrices and Evaluation, to assure a successful implementation of the selected technology matter. This way we can be certain that the investment made by our client meet the business expectations and is also aligned with its strategic plan.

Data Mining applications

  Process-IT has worked primarily with financial institutions in projects like "Analysis of Credit Card Fraud" and "Analysis Anti-Money Laundering" as a means to integrate or, where appropriate, strengthen the processes of analysis and fraud prevention on the financial institutions, in such a way to let them better identify, evaluate, reduce and effectively control the losses from fraudulent transactions by the usage of credit cards, as well as for monitoring and compliance with various regulatory norms of these institutions.
